MHDC volunteers work in local communities to help build safe, decent, affordable homes. Volunteer opportunities are available for businesses, individuals, and trade groups.

You do not need any special skills to volunteer with MHDC – just a strong desire to roll up your sleeves and work in our local communities to help tackle housing poverty through renovating or building homes.

All building supplies are provided on site and no previous construction experience is needed. MHDC offers two programs that give you the opportunity to help local families:

Home Repair Project
